Every month, workflows get updated for API changes, better tools, lower costs, and current best practices. 30 days written notice via WhatsApp or our contact form. Your automations stay active until the end of your paid billing cycle. All configurations are archived for 90 days after that — settle any outstanding balance to reactivate. After 90 days, everything is permanently deleted.

If you settle within the 90-day archive window, your automations are reactivated with no new setup fee. After that, all configurations are permanently deleted and restarting requires a new setup fee — we rebuild from scratch.
